Update:

On Tuesday, June 30th, CHC LABS changed laboratory software.

What does this mean to you?

From June 30^th forward we will print or fax all result as they become complete automatically at 10AM through 8PM…for many of you this is absolutely NO CHANGE…your completed results will be on the fax or printer.

For those who obtain your results via our website at http://www.chclabs.com ...there are some changes.

1. Results from June 29^th, 2009 or prior…there is no change.

2. Results from June 30^th or later…

a. you will see a new link (button, example below!) to click which will direct you to the new software. CHC will deliver Color Coded Instructions with screen shots explaining how to retrieve your results via this new module. It will take a little effort to familiarize yourself with the new software. If you need help navigating through the new module, you can call CHC and we’ll be glad to help.

b. Your user name and password will be the same in the new software as in the older software.

3. You can always call and ask for us to fax you a result!

For those who order labs via our website at http://www.chclabs.com … there is no change.

***Important: If you are receiving lab reports printed via a CHC computer/printer you MUST leave your computer turned on to receive your labs!!!***
